Tuna Pasta Bake

A classic cheesy pasta bake featuring John West Tuna and Birds Eye Peas & Corn.

Ingredients

  • 400g Coles Pasta Spirals
  • 2 cups frozen Birds Eye Peas & Corn
  • 500g jar Leggo's Tuna Bake with Spinach and Garlic
  • 425g can John West Chunk Style Tuna in Springwater, drained
  • 1 cup Coles Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Method

STEP 1
Cook pasta following packet directions adding frozen Birds Eye Vegetables during the last minute of cooking. Drain and return to saucepan.
STEP 2
Stir in Leggo's Tuna Bake and John West Tuna. Spoon mixture into a 2 litre capacity ovenproof dish.
STEP 3
Top pasta mixture with cheese and cook under a hot grill for 5 -10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Serve.
Tips
Use your favourite short pasta in this recipe.
