Tuna Gem Bake

Cut the prep time with this easy 1 dish potato gem bake.

Ingredients

  • 400g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Grilled Veggies - Capsicum, Zucchini & Eggplant
  • 390g jar Leggo's Tomato & Extra Virgin Olive Oil Gourmet Pasta Sauce
  • 425g can John West Chunk Style Tuna in Brine, drained
  • ½ x 900g packet frozen Birds Eye Golden Crunch Potato Gems
  • Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish

Method

STEP 1
Combine frozen Birds Eye Grilled Veggies and Leggo's Gourmet Pasta Sauce. Gently fold through John West Tuna.
STEP 2
Spoon into a 23cm ovenproof dish or cast iron pan. Arrange frozen Birds Eye Potato Gems to cover the filling.
STEP 3
Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25 minutes or until gems are golden brown and crunchy. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Tips
Sprinkle with shredded cheese for extra indulgence.
