Ingredients
- 400g orecchiette pasta
- 1 bunch baby asparagus
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 190g jar Providore d'Italia Bruschetta Mix - Tomatoes with Basil & Red Onion in Oil
- 400g can Edgell Chick Peas
- ⅓ cup fresh basil leaves
- 120g fetta, crumbled

Method
STEP 1Cook pasta following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, heat chargrill over high heat. Toss asparagus and onion with oil. Cook vegetables for 3-4 minutes, until softened and lightly charred.
STEP 3
Cut asparagus into 3 cm lengths. Combine pasta, asparagus and onion. Stir through Providore d'Italia Bruschetta Mix.
STEP 4
Toss Edgell Chick Peas and basil leaves through pasta. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with fetta.
Tips
Customise the salad with a variety of charred vegetables.
