Leggo's Antipasto Platter

Entertaining made easy with Leggo’s Pesto and Stir Through sauces.

Ingredients

  • 190g jar Leggo's Pesto - Sundried Tomato
  • ½ cup aioli
  • bite sized arancini balls/ meatballs / fish goujons / prawns / potato gems
  • 350g jar Leggo's Stir Through Sauce - Sundried Tomato and Roasted Garlic
  • 1 burrata, drained
  • 190g jar Leggo's Pesto - Traditional Basil
  • Breads, crackers, cold meats, olives, cornichons, fresh fruit and cheese for serving

Method

STEP 1
Combine 2 tablespoons Leggo’s Pesto – Sundried Tomato with aioli and smear on small serving plate. Serve with arancini.
STEP 2
Spoon half of Leggo’s Stir Through Sauce into a small serving bowl and top with whole burrata.
STEP 3
Place Leggo’s Pesto – Traditional Basil and plated dishes on a serving platter and arrange with accompaniments.
Tips
Eat within four hours of preparing.
