Hot Chilli Tuna Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 125g tub microwavable brown rice, heated following packet directions
  • 125g can Edgell Corn Kernels, drained
  • 2 tablespoon finely diced cucumber
  • 95g can John West Tuna Tempters - Chilli, undrained
  • Fresh parsley leaves, to garnish

Method

STEP 1
Gently toss together rice, Edgell Corn Kernels and cucumber.
STEP 2
Stir through John West Tuna and serve garnished with parsley leaves.
