Glazed Squid Pop Sticks

Crispy I&J Squid Pops are coated in a sticky sweet teriyaki glaze and threaded onto skewers for the ultimate finger food you won't want to share.

Ingredients

  • 250g packet frozen I&J Original Crumb Squid Pops
  • ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
  • Sliced spring onion, for sprinkling
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling
  • Sliced red chilli, for sprinkling (optional)
  • Japanese mayonnaise, for serving

Method

STEP 1
Cook frozen I&J Squid Pops following air fry packet directions.
STEP 2
Lightly toss cooked squid pops with teriyaki sauce in a large bowl.
STEP 3
Thread 2 squid pops onto small skewers. Repeat with remaining squid pops.
STEP 4
Serve sprinkled with spring onion, sesame seeds and chilli. Serve with mayonnaise.
Tips
Use your favourite sweet Asian sauce as the glaze, like sweet chilli or sriracha and honey for a spicy kick.
