Ingredients
- 1 Coles Continental Chorizo, thinly sliced
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 390g jar Leggo's Tomato & Extra Virgin Olive Oil Gourmet Pasta Sauce
- 200g Coles Rigatoni Pasta, cooked following packet directions
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon

Method
STEP 1Cook chorizo and onion in a non stick frypan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until chorizo is crisp and onion is cooked.
STEP 2
Add Leggo’s Gourmet Pasta Sauce and bring to the boil. Stir through cooked pasta until well coated.
STEP 3
Sprinkle with lemon zest. Serve.
Tips
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
