Ingredients

  • 70g can Edgell Snack Time Chick Peas with Zesty Vinaigrette
  • 95g can John West Tuna – in Olive Oil Blend, undrained
  • 1 cup 4 leaf salad mix
  • 6 grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

Method

STEP 1
Combine all ingredients reserving some of the oil from John West Tuna.
STEP 2
Drizzle salad with reserved oil, if desired, and serve.
