Ingredients
- 100g spaghetti
- 70g can Edgell Snack Time Chick Peas with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- Finely grated zest and juice of ½ lemon
- ⅓ cup finely grated parmesan cheese, plus extra for garnish
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Snack Time Chickpeas with Olive Oil Sea Salt
Method
STEP 1Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta cooking water.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, heat a large non stick frypan over medium heat. Add Edgell Chick Peas and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until garlic has softened.
STEP 3
Add hot pasta and remaining ingredients. Stir until spinach has wilted and season to taste. Add pasta cooking water to thin the sauce to your liking. Sprinkle with extra parmesan and serve.
Tips
Substitute rocket for spinach, if desired.
