Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
  • 70g can Edgell Snack Time Red Kidney Beans, Corn with Roasted Capsicum & Lime
  • 1 poached egg
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Method

STEP 1
Spoon the Edgell Red Kidney Beans and Sweetcorn onto the toast.
STEP 2
Top with poached egg, sprinkle with chives and serve.
