Ingredients
- 425g can Edgell Sliced Beetroot, drained
- 1 small clove garlic, peeled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons horseradish cream
Method
STEP 1Place Edgell Beetroot, garlic, olive oil and horseradish cream into a food processor and process until lightly pureed.
STEP 2
Spoon relish into a serving dish. Serve with cooked meats, chicken or fish. Use as a spread for sandwiches or as a dip with crackers.
Tips
Horseradish cream is available in jars from the condiment section of your supermarket.
