Vegetable Pizzas


Mini pizzas topped with sweet potato, baby spinach & beans gives a colourful vegetarian alternative.

Serves: 4


  • 4 mini pizza bases
  • 140g tub Leggo's Tomato Paste
  • 1 small sweet potato, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 410g can Edgell Sliced Green Beans, drained
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese


Step 1

Place pizza bases onto a baking tray. Spread each base with Leggo's Tomato Paste.

Step 2

Lay slices of sweet potato evenly over pizza, top with drained Edgell Sliced Green Beans and cheese.

Step 3

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and sweet potato is tender.

Tasty Tip!

Thin slices of peeled pumpkin can be used as an alternative to sweet potato.
