Cut each pastry sheet into 4 x 10cm circles.
Combine drained Edgell Mixed Vegetables, Edgell Creamed Corn, chives and breadcrumbs. Season with pepper and place 1 tablespoon of mixture on one side of the pastry circle. Brush one edge with beaten egg and fold pastry over and seal edges together crimping with a fork.
Place pasties onto a greased baking tray, prick with a fork and brush with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 25-30 minutes.
