Cut steak into 1cm slices and lightly flatten.
Heat oil in a non stick frypan, add meat slices and sear quickly for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add garlic and spring onion to pan with Leggo’s Tomato Paste, brandy and Worcestershire sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously. Return meat to pan to reheat. Serve immediately with Edgell Instant Mash and steamed vegetables. Garnish with parsley.
