Spaghetti Bolognese With Peas, Corn & Carrots


A great way to add extra vegetables to your Bolognese

Serves: 5


  • 400g lean beef mince
  • 420g can Edgell Peas, Corn & Carrots, drained
  • 575g jar Leggo’s Bolognese Pasta Sauce
  • cooked spaghetti, for serving


Step 1

Brown lean beef mince in a non-stick pan. Add drained Edgell Peas, Corn & Carrots and Leggo’s Bolognese Pasta Sauce.

Step 2

Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve over cooked spaghetti.

Tasty Tip!

Any of the canned Edgell vegetable range work well added to a Bolognese sauce.
