A Waldorf style salad with apple, celery, chick peas and sliced chicken.

- 1 baby cos lettuce, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, sliced on the angle
- 1 red apple, thinly sliced
- 1 x (250g) smoked chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 125g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Gently toss the lettuce, celery, apple and chicken together. Sprinkle over drained Edgell Chick Peas.
Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
Maple syrup can be substituted with a light French dressing.
