Sautéed Sauerkraut With Bacon And Spring Onion


A delicious way to enjoy sauerkraut

Serves: 4


  • 2 slices rindless bacon, chopped
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 410g can Edgell Sauerkraut, well drained


Step 1

Cook bacon in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes, add spring onions and cook for a further minute.

Step 2

Squeeze out excess moisture from Edgell Sauerkraut, add to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.

Tasty Tip!

Try stirring through a spoonful of seeded mustard in STEP 2.
