Sift self-raising flour into a large bowl and stir in Edgell Instant Mash. In a separate bowl, beat together egg, oil and milk and stir into flour. Mix all ingredients into a soft dough.
Turn dough out onto a floured board and knead lightly, roll dough out to fit a round 30cm diameter lightly greased pizza tray.
Spread the dough with Leggo’s Pizza Sauce and top with roasted capsicum, salami, grated cheese, olives and or anchovies. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Serve pizza topped with fresh baby spinach leaves.
