Potato, Asparagus & Lemon Mustard Mayo

Step 1

Combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice in a medium sized bowl. Add the Edgell Tiny Taters to the dressing and mix well.

Step 2

Arrange Edgell Asparagus and serve with Edgell Tiny Taters. Garnish with red capsicum curls and sprinkle with almonds.

Tasty Tip!

To make capsicum curls, cut pieces of red capsicum into very fine strips and place into iced water for a few minutes.
