Gourmet pizzas are so easy to make, yet look so impressive

- 4 mini prepared pizza bases (12cm diameter)
- ½ cup Leggo's Pizza Sauce
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 425g can Edgell Asparagus Green Spears, drained
- 100g Camembert or Brie cheese, sliced and chilled
Spread each pizza base with Leggo's Pizza Sauce. Arrange scrunched prosciutto and drained Edgell Asparagus Green Spears on pizza bases. Top with cheese slices.
Place pizzas onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and prosciutto is browned. Serve immediately.
For some extra bite add some shaved parmesan to each pizza. Use Leggo’s Tomato Paste as an alternative to the Pizza Sauce.
