Mexi Bean Quesidilla


Quick and easy vegetarian quesadillas.

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 300g can Edgell Mexi Beans
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • ¼ red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • lime wedges, for serving


Step 1

Top 2 flour tortillas with Edgell Mexi Beans, sprinkle with cheese and red onion

Tasty Tip!

Alternatively to making a stack, 1 tortilla can be used at a time, placing 1/4 the filling ingredients on one half of the tortilla, fold tortilla in half (encasing ingredients) before cooking.
