- 1 cup macaroni
- 420g can Edgell Creamed Corn
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese
- ⅓ cup light sour cream
- 2 rashers lean bacon, finely chopped
Cook macaroni following packet directions. Drain. Combine Edgell Creamed Corn, ½ cup tasty cheese, sour cream and cooked macaroni in a large bowl. Spoon into 4 x 1 cup capacity lightly greased ovenproof ramekins.
Combine remaining cheese and bacon and sprinkle over macaroni. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
Add 1 cup cooked mixed vegetables in STEP 1.
