Cook macaroni following packet directions. Drain and place into a baking dish with Edgell Peas & Carrots.
Meanwhile, combine flour, milk, mustard and ½ cup cheese in a saucepan and heat, stirring continuously until thickened.
Pour cheese sauce over macaroni and stir through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 minutes.
