A vegetarian style recipe that is a real winner in winter

Combine Edgell Brown Lentils and Leggo’s Stir Through Sauce. Spoon into 4 individual 1 cup capacity oven proof ramekins.
Make up Edgell Instant Mash following packet directions and spoon onto lentil mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 190°C for 10-12 minutes or until potato is golden brown.
Top with grated tasty cheese then bake as directed.
