Combine mince, onion, garlic, cumin and fresh herbs in a bowl. Season to taste and shape into 6 burgers.
Cook burgers for 6-7 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through. Meanwhile, combine yoghurt and zest in a small bowl.
Serve lamb burgers in burger buns with lettuce, Edgell Sweet Sliced Beetroot and yoghurt sauce.
