Great as an after school snack or for when friends come around

- 125g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained
- 1 tablespoon tahini (optional)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2-3 tablespoons low fat yoghurt
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides as required.
Spoon hummus into a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber or baby bocconcini cheese.
Tahini is made from sesame seeds and has a delicious nutty flavour.
