Hummus Dip With Vegetable Sticks


Great as an after school snack or for when friends come around

Makes: ½ cup


  • 125g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons low fat yoghurt
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


Step 1

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides as required.

Step 2

Spoon hummus into a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber or baby bocconcini cheese.

Tasty Tip!

Tahini is made from sesame seeds and has a delicious nutty flavour
