Potato Salad with a crunch!

- 410g can Edgell Tiny Taters - Lightly Minted, drained and cut into quarters
- ½ stick celery, sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ small red capsicum, thinly sliced
- ½ cup toasted walnut pieces
- 1/3 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
Combine drained and quartered Edgell Tiny Taters with celery, red onion, red capsicum and toasted walnut pieces.
Combine reduced fat mayonnaise, honey and wholegrain mustard and drizzle over salad.
2 finely chopped spring onions can be used instead of the thinly sliced red onion.
