Heat a frypan over medium heat and panfry chorizo for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Set aside and keep warm.
To the frypan, add onion, capsicums, mushrooms and cook for 6-8 minutes or until softened.
Stir in Edgell Cannellini Beans and remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add a pinch of sugar and season to taste. Serve with chorizo sausages.
