A fresh and tasty coleslaw containing Edgell Sliced Green Beans, complimented by a creamy dressing.

- 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 410g can Edgell Sliced Green Beans, drained
- 2 sticks celery, sliced
- ½ red capsicum, diced
- ¼ cup French dressing
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Combine lettuce, carrot, Edgell Sliced Green Beans, celery and capsicum in a large bowl.
Combine French dressing, sour cream and parsley together, pour over lettuce and toss gently to combine. Serve salad with your favourite grilled or BBQ meat.
For something a little different, add sweet chilli sauce instead of French dressing and replace parsley with coriander.
