Sift flour and cornflour into a bowl, add egg yolks, milk and mix until well combined.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold into flour mixture. Stir in Edgell Corn Kernels and spring onions.
Heat oil in a frypan. Drop heaped tablespoons of mixture into frypan and spread to approximately 8cm in diameter. Shallow fry until golden, turn and cook other side. Repeat with remaining mixture. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
