- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 125g can Edgell Diced Capsicum, drained
- 125g can Edgell Corn Kernels, drained
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- Crackers and vegetable sticks, for serving
Beat together cream cheese and sweet chilli sauce.
Stir in Edgell Diced Capsicum, Corn Kernels and spring onion. Serve with crackers and vegetable sticks.
Add 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves in step 2.
