A quick and easy family favourite

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 8 sausages
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- ½ x 300g packet Edgell Instant Mash
- Cooked peas, for serving
- Gravy, for serving
Heat oil in a non stick frypan, cook sausages and onion until golden brown and sausages are cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare Edgell Instant Mash following packet directions.
Serve sausages and onion on a bed of mash with a side of peas. Top with gravy.
Kids love a cheesy mash! Try adding some grated parmesan cheese in step 2.
