A quick and simple recipe suitable served warm for outdoor entertaining or cold in the "gourmet" lunch box.

Sauté bacon and onion in an ovenproof frypan for 2-3 minutes or until onion is softened. Remove from heat.
Place Edgell Corn Kernels and Edgell Asparagus Cuts and Tips in the fry pan.
Combine eggs and milk in a bowl. Stir in cheese and season to taste. Pour egg mixture over the vegetables in the frypan and place in a preheated oven at 160° for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
For an extra flavour boost, add 1 clove crushed garlic in step 1 with onion.
