The quickest, easiest and tastiest coleslaw recipe we know!

- ½ small cabbage
- 420g can Edgell Corn Kernels, drained
- 1 carrot, cut into thin strips or grated
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 2/3 cup coleslaw dressing
Finely shred cabbage (approx 6 cups) and place in a large bowl.
Stir through Edgell Corn Kernels, carrot, spring onions, coleslaw dressing and serve.
Serve coleslaw on jacket potatoes with cooked bacon and tasty cheese.
