Try this lovely salad at your next family get together

- 3 cups diced pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
- 410g can Edgell Sliced Green Beans, drained
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 6-8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup French dressing
Toss pumpkin with olive oil and chilli flakes and place on a baking paper lined tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Place pumpkin in a serving bowl and toss with Edgell Sliced Green Beans, spring onions, cherry tomatoes and dressing.
Try adding 125g chopped pan fried bacon in STEP 2.
