Chilli Con Carne For One


Cooking for one doesn’t mean missing delicious meals! Experience the tastes of Mexico with this Chilli Con Carne scaled down for one.

Step 1

Lightly spray a non stick fry pan with oil and heat. Cook frozen Birds Eye Chopped Onions for 1 minute to soften. Add mince and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Stir in undrained Edgell Red Kidney Beans, Leggo’s Tomato Paste, cumin and a few drops of Tabasco sauce, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Serve in a taco shell, tortilla cup or wrap.

Tasty Tip!

Leggo’s Tomato Paste in the “squeezy” bottle is great when using small amounts as it can be sealed and stored in the refrigerator.
