Here's a new twist on a burger using chicken mince and mango chutney.

- 400g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained
- 500g lean chicken mince
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
Roughly chop Edgell Chick Peas. Combine with chicken mince, mango chutney, spring onions and curry powder.
Using wet hands shape into 8 patties. Panfry for 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked.
Serve burgers topped with extra mango chutney and diced cucumber.
Serve as a plated meal with salad, or as a light meal in burger buns.
