Combine chicken mince, breadcrumbs, spring onions, seasoning, egg and mashed Edgell Chick Peas in a bowl.
Roll chicken mixture into ¼ cup size balls and roll in extra breadcrumbs. Place balls onto a baking paper lined oven tray and spray with oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes. Serve with Birds Eye Whole Baby Beans and Corn Kernels. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce.
