Combine chicken, cheese, egg and chives in a large bowl. Fold through Edgell Mixed Vegetables.
Lay pastry sheets with one sheet slightly overlapping the other to form a rectangle. Brush edges with milk.
Spoon chicken mixture along the longer length of pastry edge closest to you. Fold in pastry ends and roll up over chicken mixture. Continue rolling to form a log. Place on a greased baking tray, seal side down.
Brush pastry with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
