Chick Pea & Roasted Nut Dip

Makes: 1.5 Cups


  • ½ cup roasted salted cashew nuts or almonds
  • 400g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained, reserving 5 tablespoons liquid
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup chopped coriander
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Toasted crusty bread, for serving


Step 1

Combine cashew nuts, Edgell Chick Peas, reserved liquid, lemon juice and coriander in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

Step 2

Spoon mixture into a serving dish and drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve with bread.

Tasty Tip!

Almonds or macadamia nuts can be substituted for the cashew nuts.
