Cannellini Bean Bruschetta


A great healthy snack that everyone will enjoy

Makes: ¾ cup


  • 400g can Edgell Cannellini Beans, drained
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Sliced ciabatta bread, toasted, for serving
  • Sliced tomato, for serving
  • Extra basil leaves, extra, for garnish


Step 1

Combine Edgell Cannellini Beans, basil leaves, olive oil, lemon zest and juice in a food processor, process until smooth and season to taste.

Step 2

Spread onto Ciabatta and top with tomato. Garnish with extra basil leaves and serve immediately.

Tasty Tip!

Alternatively, serve with crackers and use as a dip idea.
