This is a real winter comfort food, mashed potato with creamed corn, broccoli and cheese, Yum!

- 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Broccoli Florets
- 3 cups hot mashed potato
- 300g can Edgell Creamed Corn
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
Cook frozen Birds Eye Broccoli Florets following packet directions, drain.
Combine mashed potato and Edgell Creamed Corn together and spread mixture over the base of a 20cm ovenproof dish. Place broccoli florets over potato and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place under a preheated grill for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Place mixture into individual ramekins for a special kids sized serve.
