A delicious salad combination of beetroot, honeyed walnuts and Edgell Four Bean Mix.

Spread walnuts onto a foil lined oven tray and drizzle with honey. Place under a preheated medium hot grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until walnuts are lightly toasted.
Arrange Edgell Sliced Beetroot, Edgell Four Bean Mix, spinach leaves and honeyed walnuts on a serving plate.
Hazelnuts or pecan nuts make a great alternative to walnuts.
