A hearty beef and bean Bolognese the whole family will enjoy

- 400g lean beef mince
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 420g can Edgell Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups tomato puree
- ½ cup reduced salt beef stock
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Cooked spaghetti and fresh herbs, for serving
Cook beef mince, onion and garlic in a non stick frypan for 4-5 minutes or until browned.
Stir in Edgell Red Kidney Beans, tomato puree, stock and oregano.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Mash the beans for fussy eaters.
