- 400g can Edgell Four Bean Mix - No Added Salt, drained
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- ¼ cup torn basil leaves
- juice of ½ lemon
- 4 wrap breads
- ½ cup reduced fat natural yoghurt
- 1 cup baby spinach
Combine Edgell Four Bean Mix - No Added Salt, tomatoes, spring onion and basil in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Spread wrap breads with yoghurt, scatter over baby spinach leaves and top with bean mix. Roll up tightly and refrigerate before serving.
Mayonnaise can be used instead of reduced fat natural yoghurt.
