Quick and easy vegetarian tacos with Edgell Mexi Beans.

- 300g can Edgell Mexi Beans
- 3 taco shells, warmed
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup grated tasty cheese
- ½ capsicum, sliced
- ½ avocado, sliced
Place Edgell Mexi Beans in a microwave safe dish and heat for 1 minute.
Spoon beans into taco shells and top with lettuce, cheese, capsicum and avocado. Serve immediately.
Delicious topped with sour cream!
