- 400g Kransky sausages
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 410g can Edgell Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- Spicy tomato sauce, for serving
Lightly oil a heated barbecue hotplate, add sausages and cook turning frequently until cooked through. Remove to the side and keep warm.
Add onions to the hotplate and cook until golden and tender. Stir in rinsed and drained Edgell Sauerkraut and heat through.
Arrange sausages on a bed of sauerkraut and onion and serve with tomato sauce.
