Aussie Style Fish Wraps


Add beetroot and mayonnaise to a wrap and it becomes a true Aussie style specialty.

  • 425g packet frozen I&J Light and Crispy Fish Fillets – Lightly Seasoned
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 8-12 baby cos lettuce leaves
  • 225g can Edgell Sliced Beetroot, well drained
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon light sour cream


Step 1

Cook the required amount of frozen I&J Light and Crispy Fish Fillets following packet directions.

Step 2

Top tortilla wraps with cos lettuce leaves, cooked fish fillets and Edgell Sliced Beetroot. Wrap and serve with combined mayonnaise and light sour cream.

Tasty Tip!

Add a slice of canned pineapple to each wrap for a real Aussie style treat!
