A creamy smooth asparagus dip great for entertaining

- 425g can Edgell Asparagus Cuts & Tips, drained
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 250g spreadable cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Vegetable sticks and pita bread wedges, for serving
Combine Edgell Asparagus, spring onions, cream cheese and garlic in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Spoon mixture into a serving dish and allow to set in refrigerator until firm, approximately one hour. Serve with vegetable sticks or pita bread wedges.
This recipe makes an excellent spread in your favourite toasted sandwich.
