A delicious asparagus frittata

- 425g can Edgell Asparagus - Green Spears, drained
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- ½ cup grated tasty cheese
- 50g feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
Arrange Edgell Asparagus over the base of a greased 20cm x 20cm ovenproof dish.
Top asparagus with spring onion, tasty cheese and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, lightly beat eggs and mix with milk and cornflour. Pour egg mix into baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
Try adding a drained 125g can Edgell Diced Capsicum in STEP 1.
